I went to Smartstyle in Greenville, MS to get my hair permed and cut. When I arrived, I asked the stylist if she could dot my hair, and she turned her head and started whispering something to the customer that was sitting in her chair. I signed my name and took a seat to wait. After being ignored for at least 15 minutes, the stylist basically passed me off to another stylist. This girl constantly complained about she was supposed to be getting off. I arrived there about 4:00 p.m. Neddless to say, I did not feel like I or my money was welcome at Smartstyle. I guess the hunt is on to find a curtious, professional hairstylist who appreciates a regular paying customer. The Smartstyle in Cleveland, MS is just as bad as the one in Greenville. Where do they find these peoople?
