The stylist that took my son, cut my his ear and couldn't even do a buzz cut right and didn't even offer to shampoo his hair and barely wiped him off, not even with powder. She rushed because she was busy taking her weave out and using your product to do her own hair and we were bothering her. Saturday the 7th around 2:30. she WOULDN'T let us use the $9.99 PRICE after all that. Anthony Elrod was the client. We will NEVER come back!!!! And, I WILL NEVER recommend anyone ever to use your company!!!!!! 128595f

Especially since a lot of stylists use trimmers around the ear on boys cuts. Also, just to inform you, Smart Style does not teach it's stylists how to cut hair. So saying that you won't recommend anyone ever to the company is a bit much. It doesn't matter where you go, all stylists have to complete the required hours in cosmetology school (hours vary by state). So therefore, you probably should be saying you won't recomment anyone to that stylist. Not every stylist is the same. Don't let one bad experience ruin your opinion on Smart Style as a whole. |
