1. Written by price on January 18, 2012 from nashville, tennessee, US It sounds like price is the issue here. I agree with the person that suggested going to a beauty school for your trim. That way you will get what you pay for. A cheap service with no quality...
2. Written by person on January 17, 2012 from dunellen, new jersey, US Gabriel why don't you just go to a beauty school to get your hair done if $16I is too high of a price to pay. Also you can call ahead and make an appointment so you don't have to wait in line.

5. Written by noname on September 19, 2011 from farmington, michigan, US Wow Gabrielle. I'm sorry you had to wait 45 minutes for your haircut. But I must say, sometimes there is no control over how many stylists are working. People get sick, quit, get fired, etc... If there is only one, there is a reason. It's not just to inconvenience the customer. Also, regis corporation requires the managers to schedule according to a computer generated forecast and in some cases, it is expected to be slow, so only 1 stylists is scheduled for that time period. We don't have much control over that one. As for the price of your haircut. We stylists are paid on commission. This is how we make our living. Some stylists are barely making minimum wage. And you want to cut our pay even more??? Talk about nerve. What do you do? And how much do you get paid??? How would you like it if someone told you that you weren't worth what you were getting paid and wanted to cut your salary!! Pretty darned rude of you to make such a comment. Why don't you go to a high end salon and pay $50 for your hair cut if you don't like our prices.

7. Written by Gabrielle Helber on September 13, 2010 from columbus, ohio, US I am a customer and not familiar with the internal affairs of Smart Style so I can't comment on those particular issues. I want to *** right now because I'm mad. I drive all the way out to Walmart for two purposes to get my hair shaped and styled and get a new top. When I arrived there was only one girl working and I was told it would be at least a 45 minute wait! She showed me there was to get a hair cut and another in the midst of a coloring with cut to complete and then I would be next. The last time I was in the price for a cut went up to $16.00 regardless of whether my hair is wetted down or shampooed. Since i have allergies I arrive with clean hair to be wetting down for the cut and ask for blow dry to take the chill off and I'm good to go but for $16.00 I find this price outrageous along with the wait time....WHY DOESN'T the district manager have two girls working instead of inconveniencing the customer? I left and do not plan to return again...I'll find someone to do my hair that cares about me without all the hastle!
