I have worked for Regis for about 9 years, but recently I decided to go to Smart Styles inside of Walmart which is still owned by Regis. Been there 2 months.Loved the company until NOW, My District Mgr called me last week wanting me to transfer to another store, which being in an area that Im not familiar with, so I told her NO that there is no way that I could do that and for several different reasons.So she said ok then.Well then a week later she calls me with an attitude telling me that I HAVE to that its in the best interest for the company and me.NO EXCEPTIONS ! I have been told by 2 other stylist that they cant make me do that. I dont want to move locations, I will lose all of my clientelle, they will not travel that far.So how is this in the best interest ? I love my job and the people I work with but the company itself is completely HEARTLESS ! 128545c

Written by DiAnna on November 28, 2011 from syracuse, new york, US I was a stylist there for a moment, and they dont care about anything other than money. i was allowed to be harassed by my manager for two months, then was fired after she reported to them that i quit.. so close to xmas, and being a single mom, quitting is the last thing i would have done... but they allowed her to get away with it. |
