Just experienced the worst hair salon experience I've ever had. Took my 14 yr old daughter to have her blonde hair colored brown.

Stylist and manager Hilary in Piqua Oh stored colored her hair and it looked the same not brown still blonde. She acted like it was fine and I said it isn't brown. She said that's because it's so porous and she only used a level 7 color etc I said well do whatever you need to do to make it brown. We should have left right then but she put more color on and then my daughters hair was a dark auburn and very visibly red.

At that point I just wanted to leave. I didn't want to pay but I did and have reported her and the service to corporate. This person does not know how to color hair. She was also very rude when I questioned her about the color and she left stains on my daughters forehead and cheek.

Very poor customer service and hair service. Grade F.

Monetary Loss: $74.

The manager should have known that a level 7 is a medium blonde....not a brown....should have used s level 3 or 4...Sorry your daughter had a bad experience.

people like you are an *** if you knew anything about color 89 % of people pull red when color is applied and as far as the staining get over it it wears off how do you think that girls feels people like you complain about the *** stuff now that girl gets written up for your comment maybe loses her job and now cant feed her kids way to go ***

That's why it's called reviews...to help businesses improve....its not her job to know anything about color...its the stylist...if people knew the ins and outs or dos and donts of hairstyling..we would be without a job....

Why is a 14 year old coloring her hair anyway. If you didn't permit that, you wouldn't have the problem you ended up with. Different types of hair do turn out differently.
