To call Cs. I left a message. And Here walks up a wal mart manger state he want my mangers number because I had threatened the stylist". And in fact I did not/. I got in trouble even though I was off the clock and I was a miss treated customer?. The wal-mart manager never asked why I was upset". on top of it Cs never call back and she still works there/. I did start going to Sam and I love it,. I guess she didn't know I spend 100 dollars every
time I get my hair done;.
I don't work at that wal-mart anymore/. Thank god

I'm 56 years old & have been to a lot of stylists over the years & she the best I've found by far. And yes, there is sometimes a wait because there's a long line of customers waiting for her. I can hardly complain about that. It's because she's worth the wait. A happy customer |

I work for smart style and I agree that some of the stylists are rude to customers. They pleased themselves rather than the client wants. These stylists should know their limitations and be honest with their capabilities. Sometimes clients expect to pay less money and expect extravagant service. Smart style is the company, haistylists are different therefore never rate the company but the workers itself making it a bad reputation for the firm. I suggest that in future reference contact the area manager to rectify any problem. They have good hair stylists at smart style. Keep on eye for newcomers. Keep it in mind that clients satisfaction makes the whole wide world of difference of integrity to those who loves their job as a hairstylist. |

Written by Shannon Henson on October 18, 2009 from elyria, ohio, US I went to my Smart Styles yesterday and entered the salon with about 5 inches of hair, I asked for a pixie cut and the woman used buzz clippers on my head and now all my hair is about 1 half inch long or shorter in some spots. I am bald. I want my money back and I am trying to work with them but they dont give a crap. That was not the proper way to handle any kind of business. I work for a smart style and would encourage you to go to another smart style and get the central managers number and call them directly. They are there to help you and the thing is that if she treated you like that she is likely treating others the same way and someone needs to know about it . |
