Written by Duhh on August 15, 2011 from harrisburg, pennsylvania, US First of all were not operators...we dont answer 411 calls..we are stylist that cut hair which does take longer then a few minutes...would you really like to get a 5 minute haircut..come to md..i will give you one and a piece of my mind beeotch and to the responding mgr..get a client flow chart, it will show you how to schedule stylist..it doesnt matter if its slow, u nees atleast 3 during slow times,What if that one person gets a double process..whos going to do all the walk ins??? ohhh thats right during the 30 minutes it takes to process the color they can do six 5 minute cuts ![]() |

Written by Anonymous on July 20, 2011 from orlando, florida, US Even though I understand your frustration in this matter, as a manager, I know that sometimes our forecast calls for only one stylist to be on. Unfortunately, we have no idea when people are going to come in. However, they should take the time out and explain to each client that they need to make a phone call to call someone in. We do not like losing business. I know in my location I don't. Im really sorry for that to happen to you and I hope my comment will give you a better understanding on why there is one person. |
