I went to the Smart Style located at Rigsby and 410 in San Antonio, Texas. My stylist Letty in my opinion is the worst stylist ever. I asked for 1/4 inch to be taken off my back. I noticed a chunk of hair approximately 1 1/2 inches fall in my lap and didn't notice earlier as she had my back to the mirror. I asked at that time what are you doing I asked for only 1/4 inch. Worse yet Letty, the horrible stylist, lied and said that is what I asked for. I contacted her manager who seemed as if he could care less...it was on the phone. Letty told him if she dried my hair I'd like it! But Letty lied as she didn't wash my hair therefore it wasn't wet. I would recommend that everyone stay away from this salon and especially Letty. She can't cut hair and she lied!!!! I contacted Regis Co. and no one's gotten back with me yet. I will never go back...NOT even for a simple trim. Shame on me for going their in the first place. 1284ff0

I also work for Smart Style and it is hard to believe that Coporate did not get back in touch. Here is the # I have 1-800-737-3535 option 3 for customer complaints . Hope this may help you you should get a phone call back with in a few hours next day at the latest.If that doesnt work call the salon and ask the area superviser name or ext.# that # is 888-888-7778 I think there is someone there that could give you the supervise ext.# Hope this helps you.
