I went into SmartyStyle in Waynesboro, PA. I am very unhappy right now. I told the girl Megan, that I just wanted a trim, shape up, and some side bangs. She took inches off of my hair, it's all choppy and un-even, and my bangs are not angled to be side bangs". After she was done chopping and chopping away she had her manager check my hair/. The manager found mistakes?. So yet I had to have more cut off to fix the mistakes". The manager checked again, found even more mistakes, which ment more cutting|. The manager was explaining to her how to do long layers, and side bangs/. The girl still didn't get them right!. Layers and bangs are pretty simple'. If some one can't even do that right then there is noooo way she should be licensed. 1284f46

Lets face it most people that come in Wallmart are cheap and rude and have very little class.I myself give a good hair cut and the people i work with do also.Smart Style is a place to start to cut hair sad but true.It is a place to build your skills and your customers to move on.The class of people we get on the must part are dirty,wast something for free,and do tip well that is why they have a high turn over rate!Now for school yes we do go to school but all they care about is for you to put your time in do what state tells them what a person must have befor there able to take the test.As far as how well you do it well must dont care.So thats the truth of it it will grow back and she did ask for help! |

I can believe that you can even say "well they need to start somewhere." yeah start in school, if it looks like crap there, chances are it will look like crap on a person too, so you should probably give up your hairstyling dreams. |

But she didn't know how to do the simple things like side bangs and long layers. She messed both of those up and that's all I asked for. The manager had to come over and tell her what she was supposed to do, and then had to tell her how to fix it. |
