Never again will I get my hair cut at the Welland,On Smart Style located in Wal Mart. The manager AUBRY gave me a my terrible *** job then overcharged me....when I complained she was rude arrogant and right down nasty....I have never encountered someone of her caliber. Her customer service was as nasty as her hair cut. STAY AWAY AUBRY IS A *** JOB!!! It was labour day weekend ans quite busy in the salon... as I was waiting for my cut I was listening to a lady complain about having her wig hacked up by AUBRY...This situation was being discussed in the middle of the salon as the other stylistd were busy with customers I can not believe how poor the customer service was and AUBRY having no compassion for this lady...I recommend staying away from this salon SCARY!!! 1284ce2

She is a brilliant hairstylist and wants nothing more than for her customers to be completely satisfied with their hair. She does awesome haircuts, but her best skill is her colour work. My mom has very difficult grey hair and aubry has always done such an amazing job on her, and my mom refuses to see anyone else. I have also had her cut and colour my hair numerous times and I always love it and get tons of compliments. I highly recommend aubry at smartstyle in welland for a great hairstyle and excellent customer service at a competitive price. |

It took 4 haircuts to get it evened out. I was missing hunks of my hair and had strands at 3' 5' and 6 ' difference. As all woman would understand having to fight with your hair daily for 5 months is NOT so nice. I could have almost swallowed tha *** job but with her POOR customer service after her *** job left alot to be desired!!! Nice enough girl but poor at haircutting and her customer service. She did not even have the decency to apologize for her mistake. If smart styles are such wonderful places there would not be web sites like this one!!! Have a nice day!!  |

I was trying to find the smart styles number so that I could see if AUBRY was working because I won't go to anyone else now. SHe is great and she cuts my moms hair and mine and I love it! you should let people make their own conclusions of her because she is a great stylist and you just seem like a crazy person with nothing better to do with your time. |

Second of all, your first post regarding your hair Delemma! was writtent October 2010 ... and you are still posting to this in March 2011... I think you should probably get over this and get yourself a life.. not a SIMS life either.. a real one. Your constant attacks on Aubry through this online site tells me that you probably are one of those people who spends their whole lives dwelling on things that do no matter. It also shows me that you just want to screw things up for her and that I shouldnt take any negative things you say about her work seriously. Lets face it, youre probably still angry because you realize its not her fault that your hair looked ***..its just your hair thats ***. so get over it already. hair grows back and can always be made pretty but ignorant people and cruel people will always be ugly.  |

I WOULD SUGGEST THAT U DONT BAD MOUTH THE BEST STYLIST WELLAND HAS SEEN THIS IS SLANDER AND U BETTER HOPE SHE DOESNT SEE THIS!
